There are various of unique battery cases available for option; battery case capacity include 80, 65, 60, 52, 50, 40, 30 cells etc, could be made into various capacity batteries; lithium cells cost effective model which is made in china 3.6V2.5Ah based on 5C rate and 800-1000 cycle life, brand power cells including LG MG1, MH1, samsung 25R, 29E, panasonic 29PF, sony NC1, sanyo 35GA etc are available as well;
Generic 18650 power cells made in china not recommend, but there is one model 18650/3.6V2500mAh at 5C rate 800-1000 cycle times, which is originally designed for electric car application, same battery pack by this cell and LG/samsung/panasonic power cells, ridding distance is almost the same, power performance and cycle life are all satisfied.
For BMS, besides regular hardware BMS, there is another smart BMS/bluetooth, could read battery and vehicle information on cell phone APP as attachment, but size of this BMS is co***rable large, could only be installed in few battery models.
Various customized battery pack could be made as per ***ailed requirements.
